摘要
随着信息技术的发展,档案馆提供服务的手段不断改善、服务内容不断升级,档案传统服务逐步向档案知识服务演变。本研究论述了档案馆网站开展知识开发服务应构建的知识获取层、知识组织层和知识应用层。基于我国档案馆网站信息资源存储、网站交互性和国家政策导向的特点,针对网站开发和开放程度、社会档案意识、网站栏目设置等问题,提出了加深档案知识开发、加强信息技术的应用、以档案用户需求和核心、转变档案馆服务定位、实现知识创新等措施,阐述了档案馆网站在知识经济时代的未来发展方向,以期为档案馆网站服务的进步添砖加瓦。
With the development of information technology,the means for archives to provide services are constantly developed and the contents of services are constantly upgraded,and the traditional services of archives gradually evolve into archival knowledge services.This study discusses the knowledge acquisition layer,knowledge organization layer and knowledge application layer that should be constructed for archives’websites to carry out knowledge development services.Based on the characteristics of information resource storage,website interactivity and national policy orientation of China’s archives websites,it proposes measures to deepen archival knowledge development,strengthen the application of information technology,take the needs and core of archival users,transform the service orientation of archives and realize knowledge innovation in view of the degree of website development and opening,social archival awareness and website column setting,and elaborates the The future development direction of archives websites in the era of knowledge economy is elaborated,with a view to adding bricks to the progress of archives website services.
