摘要
本文对当前出现的新型产业分工现象进行研究。首先,研究新型产业分工的形成机制、类型和特征,研究发现新型产业分工的发展可以形成地区功能专业化,这与传统分工的效应不同。接着,对新型产业分工进行实证检验,选取具有典型意义的京津冀都市圈地区,研究新型产业分工在我国特定区域的发展程度。实证结果基本符合预期,即各类区域的功能专业化水平表现出不同的发展趋势,而且在都市圈内部,区域功能专业化表现出较为明显的层次。最后,将研究结论落实到我国区域治理,提出了新型产业分工形势下,基于功能专业化的都市圈治理理念和相应的政策建议。
This article researched the new industrial division of labor appearing at present. First,the formation mechanism,classification and characteristics of new industrial division of labor had been researched,and the author found that the development of new industrial division of labor could form regional functional specialization,which was different from the effect in the traditional division of labor. Then,the author selected the typical significance of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei metropolitan region and studied the new industrial division of labor in a particular region in China. Through the empirical test,the author found empirical results were basically in line with expectations,that is,functional specialization level in various regions showed different trends of development,and in the metropolitan region,the regional specialization of function showed obvious hierarchy. Finally,the conclusion of the study was used to the implementation of regional governance in China,and the metropolitan governance idea based on functional specialization and corresponding policy recommendations had been put forward.
