摘要
研发团队创新是企业自主创新的重要方式,其创新绩效除了受人力和资金投入的影响外,还受团队创新气氛的影响.通过深度访谈,应用扎根理论对研发团队的创新气氛维度进行了深层次的分析,研究结果发现,成员互动、风险保障和任务导向是中国研发团队创新气氛的3个主要维度.将所开发的维度与现有的团队创新气氛维度研究进行比较,结果表明该维度构成更加符合中国研发团队的实际.
Innovation of research development(RD)team is an important way to enterprise independent innovation.Besides the input of human resources and research funds,the innovation ability of RD team is also influenced by team climate for innovation.By using depth interview and grounded theory,a deep analysis is used on innovative climate dimension of RD team.The research result indicates that there are three main dimensions of climate for innovation in China RD team,including member interaction,risk insurance and task orientation.By comparing with existing innovative climate dimension research of RD team,the developed dimensions are more in line with the reality of RD team of China.
