摘要
目的:探讨壮医针刺的调气方法。方法:对比中医针刺调气方法和壮医脐内环穴针刺及壮医针刺其它调气方法,分析其中异同。结果:中医针刺、壮医脐内环穴调气方法均是建立在气血理论共有基础之上的;但存在多方面不同:首先在指导理论上明显差异;其次,调气理论的建构因素明显不同,壮医针刺调气主要是在较具体的脐部施术,应用全息穴位组合形式,不同于针灸调气建立在因素性基础之上;第三,中医针灸调气方法是适用全身各部腧穴的,而壮医针刺调气除脐环穴外,其余腧穴尚未建立壮医本身的调气理论和调气方法;最后,对肢体躯干部腧穴,壮医针刺调气理论无妨于引入中医针灸的基本因素,脐内环调气方法也可合理引入中医针灸调气的基本因素加以丰富操作。结论:成形的壮医针刺调气方法是脐内环穴针刺调气,具有整体性和全身性的调气作用,对于全身诸腧穴针刺,壮医尚须建立自身的调气理论和调气方法;二者均可合理引入中医针灸调气的基本因素加以丰富和应用。
Objective： To discuss the Zhuang medicine acupuncture for regulating Qi. Methods： Methods： Compared with regulating Qi methods of TCM acupuncture,Zhuang medicine acupuncture was analyzed,including the acupuncture of umbilical inner acupoints and other methods of Zhuang medicine acupuncture. The differences and similarities between the two methods were also analyzed. Results： The two regulating Qi methods were based on the basis of Qi and blood theory. But there were many differences.Firstly,the two methods had different guiding theory. Secondly,the constructed factors of two regulating Qi methods were significantly different. The Zhuang medicine acupuncture for regulating Qi was operated in the primarily umbilicus and applied the holographic point combinations,unlike the acupuncture which was built on the basic factors. Thirdly,the TCM acupuncture method applied the whole body acupoints while the Zhuang medicine acupuncture had not yet established its own theory and method except for the Zhuang umbilical acupoints. Finally,to the limbs and trunk acupoints,the Zhuang medicine acupuncture theory could be introduced into the TCM acupuncture and the umbilical inner acupoints method could also be reasonable to introduce to TCM acupuncture to rich the operation. Conclusion： The Zhuang medicine acupuncture for regulating Qi method was the umbilical inner acupoints method with the most holistic and systemic regulating Qi effects. To the limbs and trunk acupoints,the Zhuang medicine acupuncture was urgent need to establish its own theory and method. The Zhuang medicine acupuncture methods including the umbilical inner acupoints method which could be reasonable to introduce to TCM acupuncture to rich the operation.
