摘要
目的:探究在老年性皮肤瘙痒症方面采用壮医特色优势技术组合进行治疗的临床效果。方法:选取2018年7月至2019年12月广西中医药大学第一附属医院皮肤病科收治的老年性皮肤瘙痒症患者106例,应用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组各53例。对照组采用常规西医对症方法治疗;观察组采用壮医特色优势技术组合疗法即壮医药线点灸疗法+壮医刺血疗法治疗。比较两组患者治疗总有效率、皮损面积和严重程度评分(PASI)、皮肤病生活质量指数评分(DLQI)、瘙痒积分和汉密尔顿焦虑评分(HAMA)。结果:观察组临床治疗总有效率为86.79%,高于对照组的67.92%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者治疗前PASI、DLQI、HAMA、瘙痒积分经统计分析无明显差异(P>0.05),治疗后,两组患者各项评分均有下降,与对照组相比较,观察组下降幅度更大,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在老年性皮肤瘙痒症患者的治疗中采用壮医特色优势技术组合治疗,患者的皮肤症状得以有效改善,缓解焦虑,临床疗效显著,值得推广。
Objective:To explore the clinical application effect of the combination of Zhuang medicine’s unique advantages in the treatment of senile pruritus.Methods:A total of 106 patients with senile pruritus who were admitted to the Department of Dermatology,First Affiliated Hospital of Guangxi University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from July 2018 to December 2019 were selected and divided into a control group and an observation group using a random number table method.Group 53 cases.The control group was treated with conventional Western medicine symptomatic treatment;the observation group was treated with Zhuang medicine’s characteristic advantage technology combination therapy,namely Zhuang medicine thread moxibustion+Zhuang medicine pricking blood therapy.The total effective rate of clinical treatment,skin lesion area and severity score(PASI),dermatological quality of life index(DLQI),pruritus score and Hamilton anxiety score(HAMA)were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of clinical treatment in the observation group was 86.79%,which was higher than 67.92%in the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the PASI,DLQI,HAMA and pruritus scores of the two groups before treatment were not statistically significant Difference(P>0.05).After treatment,the scores of the two groups of patients decreased.Compared with the control group,the observation group had a greater decline,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the treatment of patients with senile pruritus pruritus,the combination of Zhuang medicine’s unique advantages technology can be used to effectively improve the skin symptoms of patients and relieve anxiety.The overall clinical treatment effect is significant and it is worthy of vigorous promotion.
