摘要
目的调查舒缓疗护病房医护人员的健康状况,提高临终护理服务质量。方法选择上海市闵行区13家社区卫生服务中心舒缓疗护病房工作的医生和护士,填写一般情况调查表、MBI-GS职业倦怠量表以及医生和护士职业压力源表,填写后统一收回。结果在职业倦怠方面舒缓疗护病房的医护人员在职业倦怠量表三个维度中成就感低落部分的倦怠程度最为严重,有60%的被调查者在这一维度中处于中度及重度倦怠水平,而处于重度倦怠水平的也达到了10.3%。结论舒缓疗护病区医生和护士的健康状况,尤其是心理健康状况直接影响了舒缓疗护病房的服务质量和水平。改善心理健康状况有利于建立和谐的医患关系,为临终病人和家属提供更高质量的服务。
Objective To investigate the health status of medical staff in palliative care unit and improve the quality of hospice care.Methods Doctors and nurses working in the palliative care unit of 13 community health service centers in Minhang District of Shanghai were selected to fill in the general situation questionnaire,MBI-GS burnout scale and occupational stressors of doctors and nurses.Results In terms of job burnout,in the three dimensions of job burnout scale,60%of the medical staff in the palliative care unit were in the moderate and severe level of burnout,and 10.3%of them were in the severe level of burnout.Conclusion The health status of doctors and nurses in palliative care unit,especially the mental health status,directly affects the service quality and level of palliative care unit.The improvement of mental health is conducive to the establishment of a harmonious doctor-patient relationship and the provision of higher quality services for dying patients and their families.
