摘要
目的探讨临床医生的压力来源及其与工作满意度之间的关系,为进一步加强医院管理和调节医生心理健康提供依据。方法对来自武汉市4家三甲医院临床医生的问卷调查数据进行相关分析。结果医生压力来源与工作满意度之间存在显著差异。结论工作压力是临床医生满意度的重要原因。
Objective To investigate the relationship between job satisfaction and occupational stress on clinicians.Methods Correlation analysis was used to analyze the data collected from clinicians at four hospitals in Wuhan.Results The correlation coefficients between job satisfaction and occupational stress were positive correlation.Conclusions Occupational stress is the most important causation on job satisfaction.
