美国教育制度的精髓与中国课程实施制度变革——兼论美国中学的“选课制”“学分制”“走班制” 被引量:38

摘要 美国高中教育的整体质量和水平比中国要高。究其原因与其独特的教育制度设计,尤其是选课制、学分制、走班制密切相关。这些制度,首先,体现了"以生为本"、"因材施教"的科学人本主义教育理念;第二,确保满足每一个孩子需要,进行多样化、多层次、高质量的课程开发;第三,课程实施和评价,实行教师负责与实时动态管理。中国教育整体设计需要在学习借鉴美国教育经验基础上,进行大刀阔斧改革,需要有推倒重建的大智慧与大魄力! The overall quality of American high school education are much higher than China.Investigating its reason with their high school course system design, it is closely related to the course selection system, credit system and non- graded system. These systems, real reflected the "in life ideas" and "according to their aptitude to teach" and such scientific and humanistic education ideas;Secondly, in order to meet the requirements of each child, the America set up the diversified, multi-level and high quality curriculum system; Third, in the curriculum implementation and evaluation,the teachers are responsible and carry out a real- time dynamic management. China education's overall design need to learn from the excellent education experience of America, and need carry on a radical reform with great wisdom and courage!
