摘要
基础学科尤其理科拔尖人才是科技创新的核心力量之一。我国高度重视基础学科拔尖学生培养,但初始选拔和学业成绩评价仍然缺乏针对性和一致性。基于拔尖“三要素”论和学程课程论,完善基础学科拔尖学生培养体系应以专业学习动机为标准进行分类选拔,要因应不同类别拔尖学生的差异化学习需求,提供适宜的分类专业课程,实施主体、内容、标准和目标不同的学业成绩分类评价;还可实施跨类别动态流转机制,充分发挥过程性评价的专业学习动机激励功能。
Top-notch talents are the core of scientific and technological innovation and economic development.China attaches great importance to cultivating top-notch talents;however,the selection criteria and assessment of academic performance are relatively untargeted.Thus,the improvement of the cultivation should be classified and selected based on academic motivation.It is necessary to cater to the differentiated learning needs of top-notch students in different categories,provide suitable classified professional courses,and implement academic performance classification evaluation with different subjects,contents,standards and goals.Crossing-category dynamic circulation mechanism could also be implemented to fully leverage the academic motivation incentive function of process evaluation.
