摘要
目的通过对Web Quest教学模式在生物化学教学中的设计、实践及教学效果评价,探讨生物化学Web Quest教学模式的构建与应用。方法随机选取2011级中西医结合临床医学专业本科生2个班,分别进行Webquest教学法(Webquest组)和传统教学法(LBL组)教学。通过期末考试、问卷调查的方式,评价教学效果。结果 Webquest组和LBL组的年龄、入学成绩比较无差异(P>0.05),但Webquest组的期末考试成绩优于LBL组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对收回的123份有效问卷分析:65.57%学生喜欢Webquest教学模式,81.97%学生适应Webquest教学模式,95.08%学生接受Webquest教学模式,4.92%学生不接受Webquest教学模式;49.18%学生认为创新能力得到提高,81.97%学生认为自学能力得到提高,78.69%学生认为获取信息能力得到提高,68.85%学生认为团队协作能力得到提高。结论 Webquest教学模式不仅可以加强学生对知识的掌握能力,提高学生的考试成绩,而且对学生的创新能力、自学能力、获取信息能力、团队协作能力等都有一定的提高。
Objective To analysis the application effect of Webquest teaching mode in the teaching of biochemistry. Methods Select two classes in 2011 levels of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine clinical medicine undergraduate students, and randomly devided to the teaching method of Webquest(group Webquest) and traditional teaching method(group LBL) teaching. To Evaluatie teaching effection by the final examination, questionnaire survey. Results There were no difference in the age of entrance scores between Webquest group and LBL group(P〉0.05), but the Webquest group on the final exam and LBL groups was statistically significant, and is better than the LBL group(P〈0.05). Analysis on 123 valid questionnaires: 65.57% students like Web Quest Teaching Mode, 81.97%students adapt to Web Quest Teaching Model, 95.08% students accept to Web Quest Teaching Mode, 4.92% students do not accept the Web Quest Teaching mode. 49.18% of students think their innovation ability has been improved, 81.97% of the students think their selflearning ability is improved, 78.69% of students think their ability of acquiring information is improved, 68.85% students thought their team cooperation ability was improved. Conclusion The Web Quest Teaching mode can not only strengthen the ability of students to master the knowledge, improve the students' test scores, but also for the students' innovation ability, self-learning ability, the ability of acquiring information, team cooperation ability are improved.
