摘要
一国文化要获得长久和可持续的发展,不仅要将本国文化向外推广,而且还要引进和吸收国外文化中的精华部分,翻译作为不同文化之间交流与沟通的桥梁,是一国文化"走出去"和"引进来"的重要途径。因此,利用翻译协会的资料,基于文化可持续发展的思想,对中国翻译产业的发展战略进行研究。结果发现,我国翻译市场存在着翻译标准缺失、翻译质量良莠不齐、信息化建设滞后、翻译人才的培养和管理落后等问题。为此,从规范化建设、信息化建设、专业化建设和人才建设角度提出了中国翻译产业可持续发展的战略。这些战略立足于当前的翻译产业现状,能够为国家和地方政府的翻译产业政策的制定提供有益的参考。
To achieve long and sustainable development,it is necessary for a country to prompt its cultures to the world and introduce or absorb superset of foreign cultures.As a bridge of communication and conversation among different cultures,translation industry is an important way of exporting and importing ＂cultures＂.Therefore,the paper uses the data of translation association to investigate the development strategies of Chinese translation industry based on the thought of cultural sustainability.It is shown that there is translation criterion shortage,inferior translation quality,lagging information construction,backward translation talent cultivation and management and other problems in Chinese translation industry.To solve the problems,the paper puts forward some sustainable development strategies for Chinese translation industry from the perspective of criterion,information,profession and talent construction.The strategies are established on the current situations of translation industry and capable of providing beneficial references to translation industry policies of national and local government.
