摘要
职业价值观结构研究是进行个体和群体职业价值观探索的必备前提。在价值哲学视域下,遵循职业价值观内部因素和外部因素之间的关系,从职业属性对人的需求的满足和人的需求对职业属性的适应中分析和探索职业价值观的内部结构,基本可以将大学生职业价值观内部结构归纳整合为:安稳需要、家庭需要、发展需要和尊重需要四个维度。
The study of the internal structure of work values is the first step to examine the individual and collective work values .In the view of value philosophy ,following the relationship between the internal and external factors of work values ,the current study investigated the structure of work values from two aspects ,that is ,how the occupational characters met personal needs and how individuals adapted to occupational requirements .The results indicated that there were such four dimensions as :the need of stability ,the need of family raising ,the need of development ,and the need of respect .
