油茶粗多糖脱蛋白方法研究 被引量:3

摘要 采用Sevage法、三氯乙酸(TCA)法、聚酰胺(PA)法、活性炭(AC)法和酶法5种不同方法对油茶(Camellia oleifera)多糖脱蛋白效果进行了比较,分别考察其蛋白质脱除率和油茶多糖保留率。结果表明,TCA法和碱性蛋白酶法对油茶粗多糖溶液的蛋白质脱除效果较好,蛋白质脱除率均在82%以上,且多糖保留率较高。综合考虑,蛋白质脱除率和油茶多糖保留率分别为82.99%、84.43%的碱性蛋白酶法脱除油茶多糖中蛋白质效果最佳,将有利于油茶多糖进一步的分离纯化和生物活性研究。 The effects of deproteinization for Camellia oleifera crude polysaccharides by Sevage method,trichloroacetic acid method,polyamide method,active carbon method and enzyme method were compared.The removal rate of protein and retention rate of C.oleifera polysaccharides as index were studied.The results showed that TCA method and alkaline protease method were better than other three methods.After treating with these two methods,the removal rate of protein could be more than 82%,and the retention rate of C.oleifera polysaccharides were higher.Overall consideration,the effect of deproteinization by alkaline protease was the best,and the removal rate of protein and the retention rate of C.oleifera polysaccharides were 82.99% and 84.43%,respectively,which will be conducive to further purification and biological activity of C.oleifera polysaccharides.
