±800kV直流耐张串复合绝缘子伞裙材料的老化特性 被引量:16

摘要 复合绝缘子因其优异的耐污闪性能和良好的技术经济性越来越多地应用于超/特高压直流输电线路。对4支±800 k V直流复合绝缘子的伞裙进行了运行特性试验研究,主要包括憎水性测试、伞裙材料测试、扫描电镜(scanning electron microscope,SEM)检测、傅里叶红外光谱分析(Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy analysis,FTIR)。研究结果表明:在特高压直流线路已经挂网运行5年的直流耐张串复合绝缘子的憎水性、伞裙材料性能存在不同程度的下降;电镜扫描与傅里叶红外光谱分析为评价复合绝缘子伞裙材料的老化程度提供了重要的参考。 Composite insulator has good application prospects in ultra-high voltage(UHV) DC transmission lines due to its excellent anti-pollution characteristic and high tech-economic efficiency. To analyze the aging characteristics of sheds of composite insulators in ±800 k V DC tension string, 4 pieces of ±800 k V DC composite insulators were selected to be tested. The detection items included hydrophobicity test, sheds materials test, scanning electron microscope(SEM) detection, Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy analysis(FTIR). The results show that the hydrophobicity and performance of sheds of tension string composite insulators running for 5 years in UHV DC lines exist degradation in varying degrees. The results show that, for the composite insulators running for 5 years in UHV DC lines, their shed materials suffer from different degrees of aging. SEM and FTIR can provide an important reference for the evaluation of aging degree of composite insulator shed materials.
