摘要
运行的西门子 5 0 0kV合成绝缘子伞套、芯棒材料的各项试验和电场分布计算表明 ,造成伞套严重电蚀损和芯棒断裂的主要原因是伞套耐漏电起痕及电蚀损性能差 ,棒芯不致密且与护套间界面粘接不牢。
BY TESTS AND CALCULATIONS OF ELECTRIC FIELD DISTRIBUTION ON INSULATOR SHEATHS AND MANDRIL MATERIALS ON SOME SIEMENS COMPOSITE INSULATORS OPERATING IN 500 KV LINE, THE PAPER DRAWS A SYNTHETICALLY CONCLUSION THAT THERE ARE SERIOUS QUALITY PROBLEM IN MATERIAL AND JOINTING TECHNIQUES ON THESE COMPOSITE INSULATORS. SOME VALUABLE ADVICES ARE GIVEN FOR REFERENCE IN SELECTING COMPOSITE INSULATORS IN THE FUTURE.
