摘要
总线了国内外复合绝缘子耐张串中的使用情况后分析了耐张串中使用绝缘子的受力情况。针对复合绝缘子受弯曲应力易变形的特点,对其进行了弯曲疲劳、大曲和振动试验,结果表明在振动、反复弯曲、大屈曲条件下复合绝缘子性能不会劣化。综合已有运行经验和试验结果认为复合绝缘子可在耐张串中使用。
The application of composite in tension strings is concluded, and mechanism is analyzed in this paper. Simulating online conditions bending fatigue tests large curvature test and vibration test are performed. By analyzing tests result, it is put forward that composite insulators can be used in tension strings safely.
