摘要
通过对207名盲校教师的调查发现:(1)盲校教师的学历合格,但入职前明显缺少特殊教育和相关学科的训练;(2)教师的学历提升和实践的结合不够紧密;(3)关于盲生认知和盲教育特点的前沿知识掌握少;(4)教师的学科素养不理想。建议:加强盲校教育学科知识技能培训;将学历提升与专业素养提高相结合。
This research is intended to investigate by a questionnaire the professional quality of 207 teachers from schools for the blind in China. According to the results, the teachers have a qualified record of educational background, but they received insufficient pre-service training on special education and relevant disciplines; their continued education fails to closely connect the teaching practice in schools for the blind; they know little about heaning-impaired students' recognition and education; and the teachers show unsatisfactory academic literacy. The author proposes strengthening teacher training involving educational subjects in schools for the blind,and paying attention to both academic degree upgrading and professional literary improvement.
