软骨下骨在骨性关节炎中的研究进展 被引量:16

摘要 骨性关节炎(osteoarthritis,OA)是以关节软骨退变为主要特征的慢性关节疾病,软骨下骨改变在OA的发生和发展中起了重要作用。近年来研究发现软骨下骨组织结构及其力学性能的改变是OA主要病理进程之一,明确软骨下骨对OA进程的影响,可更全面地认识OA的发病机制,为其治疗提供新思路。文中从生物力学、生物学、影像学和基因学等方面就软骨下骨在OA的改变和作用的研究进展作一综述。 Osteoarthritis ( OA) is a chronic joint disease characterized by degeneration of articular cartilage and changes of subchondral bone play an important role in the occurrence and development of OA .Recent studies have found that change in the struc-ture and mechanical properties of subchondral bone is one of the main pathological processes in OA .To confirm the role of subchondral bone in OA process can provide not only more details about the pathogenesis of OA , but also new targets for treatment .Early diagnosis and treatment of OA may be possible by detecting radiographic and genomics of subchondral bone .We review subchondral bone chan-ges andits role in OA process in aspects of biomechanics , biology, radiological and genomics .
