激素性股骨头缺血坏死发病机理基因学研究进展 被引量：1

摘要 激素性股骨头缺血坏死发病机制目前尚未明确,大部分患者早期得不到明确诊断,临床上亦缺乏行之有效的防治方法。目前对激素性股骨头缺血坏死机制的研究已经提出许多分散的理论,但均未能完全阐明激素性股骨头缺血坏死的发病机理,至今仍有许多质疑。近年相关基因学研究表明,其发病与细胞凋亡相关基因、血液系统相关基因以及遗传易感等基因有关。本文就激素性股骨头缺血坏死基因学研究概况做一综述。
