摘要
文章运用文献资料法、问卷调查法、专家访谈法等,对师范性高校公共体育课程教学改革进行研究分析,根据师范性高校的特点,从"非教学因素"和"教学因素"出发,从"基础差"、"时间短"、"低兴趣"、"非专业"方面分析高校公共体育课难上原因,主张大学体育与健康课程范式改革核心应更注重"个性化"教育,在增设选项课的同时,促进校园体育文化的建设,将学生体质测试内容纳入课程范式改革体系中去,达到个性化教育和素质达标双赢的新的课程范式。
This paper analyzes and studies the teaching reform of the course of Public sports in normal universities by using documentary,questionnaire and experts interviews,and gives the reason why it is hard to give public sports in universities by putting forward low basis,short time,low interest and un- profession from the angle of non- teaching factors and teaching factors,claiming that personalization should be focused on in the course reform of university sports and healthy,that the construction of campus sports culture should be promoted by adding up optional courses,and that students' physical test should be brought into the normal form reform system of the course,to achieve the new course paradigm of personalized education and quality standard.
