摘要
自主学习是以人本主义心理学为基础发展起来的现代学习理论,对于素质教育的实施有着重要意义.本文通过总结前人对自主学习的研究,得出自主学习的概念,提出在体育教学中如何培养学生的自主学习能力.
Intiative study is a kind of modern study theory which developed basing on the human-centered thinking and psychology.It's very important for the implementation of quality education.This essay get the concept of initiative study by summarizing the result of the forefathers and put forward how to culture the students' ability of initiative study in the P.E.education.
