摘要
高校用户在享受图书馆提供的情景敏感个性化服务的同时,也面临个人基本特征、行为情景等隐私泄露的风险。文章探讨了高校图书馆情景敏感服务中涉及的用户隐私内容,分析了情景敏感服务对用户隐私保护提出的新要求,界定了用户隐私保护的范围,在此基础上,从宏观、中观、微观三个层面,技术、管理两个维度构建高校图书馆情景敏感服务中的用户隐私保护机制,并提出用户隐私保护与图书馆服务提供之间的平衡、用户隐私保护有效性评价、用户隐私数据的定期清理等需要关注的问题。
Users in academic library are faced with the risk of privacy leakage in the context-sensitive service. The article discusses user privacy content involving in academic library context-sensitive service, analyzing new requirements of privacy protection in context-sensitive service, and defining the scope of user privacy protection. Based on this, the article constructs user privacy protection mechanism in academic library context-sensitive service from the macroscopic level, middle level and microscopic level, and technological dimension and administrative dimension. Then, the article pointes out that balancing between user privacy protection and service provision, evaluating the effectiveness of privacy protection and cleaning up users＇ private data periodically are the issues needing attention.
