摘要
使用问卷调查图书馆用户的个人信息提供意愿、隐私保护政策需求及影响它们的因素,根据调查结果提出制定明确的隐私保护政策、采用先进技术保护用户隐私、开展信息伦理教育以提高馆员的职业道德、根据用户需求有针对性的开展个性化服务等建议供图书馆实施用户隐私保护时参考。
The paper investigates library users＇ personal information providing intention, their needs for privacy protection policy and the factors that have impact on them by the way of questionnaire. Based on the survey, it puts forward some advice to library, that is, seting up clear privacy policy, adopting advanced technology to ensure user privacys, providing information ethics education for librarians and carrying out personalized services according to user needs.
