摘要
采用高温持久硬度试验及压入蠕变特性分析进行了颗粒增强ZA2 7基复合材料抵抗高温蠕变能力的研究。研究发现SiC ,Al2 O3 颗粒的加入大大提高了ZA2 7合金的抗高温蠕变的能力。其强化机理主要是由于材料承受的载荷有效地转移到增强相颗粒上 ;复合材料基体中有高的位错密度 ;
The creep resistance at elevated temperature for ceramic particle reinforced ZA27 alloy composites has been researched by the investigation of high temperature duration hardness and impress creep performance in this work. It in found from the research that SiC particles and Al 2O 3 particles added to the ZA27 alloy can obviously improve the creep resistance at elevated temperature. The strengthening mechanism consists in that the load on the composites transfers validly to the particle reinforcement ,the dislocation of high density is distributed on the matrix of composites, and internal stress increases the threshold stress of dislocation motion.
