摘要
目的研究降低自动书本打包机折纸板高频噪声的改进措施。方法通过有限元软件COSMOSWorks,对固定折板振动进行动力性建模,并进行模态分析,明确零件1~6阶的固有频率,并提出改进措施。结果折纸板振动固有频率降低,达到了低频噪声的频率范围,前6阶固有频率降至200 Hz以下。结论使用消音孔来降低高频噪声的方案是有效的,为书本打包机中其他零部件的减噪优化设计提供了参考。
To reduce the high-frequency noise of the paper folding board for the automatic book packer. In this paper,the finite element software COSMOSWorks was used for dynamic modeling of vibration of fixed folding board and the vibration modal was analyzed. Through the analysis, natural frequency components of order 1~6 were determined, and improvement measures were proposed. The results showed that the natural frequency of vibration of the folding board was reduced, falling into the frequency range of low-frequency noise. The natural frequency of the first 6 orders decreased to below 200 HZ. The solution proposed in this paper to use silencer holes to reduce high-frequency noise was proven to be effective, which provides reference for noise reduction optimization of other parts of the book packing machine.
