摘要
随着乒乓球运动各项改革措施的推进,以及三从一大训练原则的指导下,运动员的训练量和强度都变得空前的大,要使运动员在如此训练环境中保持健康并提高成绩,科学地监控运动员身体各项指标,再通过反馈有针对性地调整训练计划,将使运动员变得更加健康、进步明显。本文主要采用文献资料法对身体健康、供能系统、训练负荷等六大板块进行分析,以得出关于乒乓球运动的现代科学训练监控方法。
With the development of all kinds of reform measures about table tennis,and the guidance of re -understanding the principle,the exercise and intensity has become unprecedented heavy.To keep the health of athletes and improve their performance in such training environment,the athlete’s body is monitoring scientifically, on the basis of result of feedback to adjust training plan,this will make the athletes become more health,and progress is obvious.This paper mainly uses the literature material law to analyze six big training load plate of training,such as the power system,health,training load and so on,and to get a scientific monitoring method about table tennis training.
