摘要
为阐明乒乓球运动过程中的能量代谢特点、各供能系统在乒乓球运动过程中的供能作用以及乒乓球运动员各供能系统的既具项目特点而又有效的评定方法,本文就国内外有关乒乓球运动过程中能量代谢和乒乓球运动员供能系统评定的研究性论文进行综述,得出以下结论:(1)乒乓球运动中因运动员的技术水平、运动训练的内容,能量消耗各有不同。(2)磷酸原供能系统是乒乓球比赛过程中的主要供能系统,而良好的有氧供能系统则帮助运动员快速的恢复。(3)乒乓球运动员无氧供能系统的有效评定方法主要为采用功率自行车或手臂功率计来进行无氧功测试,但是有氧供能系统的有效评定方法主要是使用发球机进行递增负荷的最大摄氧量测定、乳酸最低值测试、无氧阈测定和临界频率测试。
In order to elucidate the characteristics of energy metabolism,the role of energy supply systems played in table tennis exercise and to clarify how to specifically and effectively evaluate the energy supply systems of table tennis players,the paper reviews the researches on the energy metabolism in the process of table tennis exercise and the researches on the evaluations of table tennis players' energy supply systems,draws the following conclusions:( 1) Because of different technical level,different training contents,energy consumption characteristics is different.( 2) Anaerobic alactic system is the main energetic system that was used in table tennis games,but a better aerobic energy system can help athletes to recover faster.( 3) Table tennis players' anaerobic energy supply system is mainly and effectively determined by leg or arm ergometers,but effective evaluation methods of oxygen supply system are maximal oxygen uptake,lactate minimum test( LMT),anaerobic threshold determination and the critical frequency test( critf),all of which are mainly determined by using a mechanical ball thrower under a incremental test protocol.
