摘要
本文根据山东省6地市265份调查问卷,运用Logistic模型,分析了影响肉鸡养殖户采取稳定契约行为的因素。结果表明,文化程度、交易关系认知、企业机会主义行为、合作程度、契约履行承诺、交易确定性、信任程度、企业影响程度和相对依赖性等对契约稳定有不同程度的影响。最后从养殖户、龙头企业、政府和第三方(法律)四个方面提出了相应的对策建议。
According to 265 questionnaires from 6 cities of Shandong Province,the factors influencing broiler farming household to adopt contract stability behavior were analyzed using Logistic Model. The results indicated that the level of education,cognition of trading relationship,opportunistic behavior of enterprise,cooperation degree,contractual commitments,trading certainty,degree of trust,influence extent of enterprise and relative dependence had different degrees of influence on the contract stability. Finally,corresponding proposals were put forward from four aspects of broiler farming household,leading enterprise,government and the third party（ the law）.
