摘要
随着食品安全监管进入大数据时代,基于海量的食品安全数据,监管方式正发生智能化变革。基于科学的食品安全问题定位,食品安全监管由分段监管、人工监管、以罚代管、事后监管、主渠道监管向全产业链监管、循"数"监管、全方位监管、事前事中监管和全面监管转变,而这种转变的推进急需智能化监管机制的支撑,包括智能化的责任交接机制和智能化监管机制,以及包括智能化问题发现和可视化链条合成。
As the food safety supervision has come into the age of big data, the supervision mode is shifting into the era of intelli-gentization, considering its huge data.In order to make a scientific position of the food safety, its supervision should be changed from partial supervision, manual supervision, the substitution of fines for supervision, after-event supervision and major supervi-sion to the industry chain supervision, data-oriented supervision, all-dimensional supervision, before or in-event supervision and overall supervision, which requires an urgent support of intelligentized supervision mechanism, including the duty hand-over, and the intelligentized supervision mechanism, including the discovery of intelligentized problems and the integration of visual-ized chains.
