摘要
食用菌作为乡村特色产业正蓬勃发展,其安全问题显得尤为重要,但现行经济法并无具体规定.从经济法的视角,依据现行一般法及食用菌的生产经营特点,通过健全食用菌菌种监管制度,建立科学严格的食用菌安全标准、生产许可制度、食用菌安全全程追溯制度、从业人员健康管理制度、食用菌安全自查制度、食用菌进货查验记录制度、食用菌销售记录制度、标识制度、奖惩制度等,从生产到经营全过程全方位构建食用菌安全监管体系,确保食用菌安全生产、安全经营、安全食用.
edible fungi as a rural characteristic industry is booming,its safety is particularly important,but the current economic law does not have specific provisions.From the perspective of economic law,on the basis of the current general method and the production and operation characteristics of edible fungi,edible fungus strains through sound regulatory system,establish a scientific and strict safety standards,the production of edible fungi licensing system,edible safety traceability system the whole process,from personnel of course of health management system,edible safety inspection system,edible fungus incoming inspection record system,edible fungus sales record system,identification system,rewards and punishment system,etc.,from production to management the whole process of all-round constructing edible safety supervision system,to ensure that the edible fungus production safety,safety management,safe to eat.
