摘要
迄今为止的关于教师发展过程的研究,大多以"被动、消极"的视角看待教师发展,未能全面反映教师发展的特征,尤其未能充分体现教师在发展过程中的主体性,需要寻找一种新的、更合适的表征,从教师主体出发,以积极、主动的视角探索教师发展过程的特点和规律。愿景作为一种"未来取向"的思考,体现了人们运用智慧和想象力对理想未来图景的勾勒。它不仅对教师的发展有重要影响,还提供了分析教师主体与教师发展关系的独特视角,是理解教师发展的重要表征方式。
So far most of the studies on teacher development observe teacher development in a passive and negative way, without paying enough attention to teachers' subjectivity in their development, which leads to the fact that the studies cannot provide a full picture of the characteristics of teacher development. Vision, characterized by a future-oriented conception from a human-centered perspective, provides not only another perspective to analyze the relationship between teachers' subjectivity and teacher development, but also another important representation for teacher development.
