摘要
白藜芦醇是一种天然的抗氧化剂和自由基廓清剂。通过查阅近期发表的18篇文献,本文对近年来虎杖中白藜芦醇的提取、分析检测技术等方面的研究进展进行了综述,以白藜芦醇得率、工艺复杂性,操作安全性、提取时间、重现性等为指标,比较各种提取、分析检测技术的优缺点,为白藜芦醇的进一步研究和应用提供了非常重要的参考。
Resveratrol was a natural antioxidant and free radical clearance agent. From 18 articles was reviewed,extract and detection technology of resveratrol from Polygonum cuspidatum are summarized. The advantages and disadvantages of various extraction and analyze technology was comprised on the resveratrol yield,process complexity,operational safety,extraction time and reproducibility etc,an important reference for the further research and application of resveratrol was provided.
