摘要
E-选择素是粘附分子选择素家族中的重要成员,只表达于活化的血管内皮细胞表面,是介导白细胞与血管内皮细胞相互作用,导致细胞损伤、血管闭塞和新生血管形成的重要原因。在糖尿病视网膜病变中,通过与IL-6、VCAM-1等炎性因子的协同,共同促进糖尿病视网膜病变的形成、发展。在临床研究中,为诊断、治疗糖尿病视网膜病变提供新的思路。
E-selectin is an important member of the adhesion molecule selectin family, only expressed on the surface of activated vascular endothelial cells, is an important reason of mediated by the interaction of leukocytes and vascular endothelial cells, leading to cell damage, vascular occlusion and neovascularization. In diabetic retinopathy, through collaboration with IL-6, VCAM-1 and other inflammatory factors, E-selectin jointly promotes the formation of diabetic retinopathy and development. In the clinic, it provides new ideas for the diagnosis and treatment for diabetic retinopathy.
