Hcy、CRP与2型糖尿病视网膜病变的相关性分析 被引量:21

Correlation analysis between Homocysteine, C-reactive protein and type II diabetic retinopathy

摘要 目的探讨同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)与C反应蛋白(CRP)在2型糖尿病视网膜病变(DR)发病中的作用。方法选取我院2012年6月到2012年9月住院治疗的山西省汉族2型糖尿病患者87人,其中增殖性糖尿病视网膜病变(PDR)组28例、非增殖性糖尿病视网膜病变(NPDR)组28例、2型糖尿病但无DR病变(NDR)组31例,健康对照(CON)组28例。用荧光偏振免疫分析法测定各组血清中Hcy水平,用散射比浊法测定各组血清中的CRP水平。结果 PDR组、NPDR组、NDR组、CON组Hcy含量分别为(15.768±4.712)μmol/L、(14.463±4.893)μmol/L、(12.874±3.443)μmol/L和(10.308±3.234)μmol/L,CRP含量分别为(3.126±1.126)mg/L、(2.434±0.577)mg/L、(2.307±0.352)mg/L和(1.731±0.657)mg/L,除NPDR组与NDR组之间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)外,各组间差异均有统计学意义(P<0.001)。Hcy、CRP的含量随DR的进展呈增长趋势(P<0.001),且Hcy与CRP呈正相关(r=0.4,P<0.001)。结论 Hcy、CRP参与了糖尿病视网膜病变的发生与发展。 OBJECTIVE To investigate the changes of homocysteine(Hcy) and C-reactive protein(CRP) in patients with type II diabetic retinopathy( DR) and determine if any correlations existed among these factors. METHODS Eighty-seven patients with type II diabetes mellitus(T2DM) were investigated in Shanxi Da Yi Hospital from June 2012 to September 2012. Among them, 28 patients were in proliferative DR(PDR) group, 28 in non-diabetic retinopathy(NPDR) group, 31 in T2DM without DR(NDR) group, 28 as control group. Age and sex matched with patients group. FPIA was used to assay the contents of Hcy. Nephelometry was used to assay the contents of CRP. RESULTS The contents of Hcy in PDR group, NPDR group, NDR group, CON group were 15.768± 4.712 μmol/L, 14.463±4.893 μmol/L, 12.874±3.443 μmol/L and 10.308±3.234 μmol/L. The contents of CRP were 3.126±1.126 mg/L, 2.434±0.577 mg/L, 2.307±0.352 mg/L and 1.731±0.657 mg/L. There were significant differences among all the groups(P<0.001) except NPDR group and NDR group(P>0.05). There were positive correlations between homocysteine and CRP(r =0.4,P <0.001). CONCLUSIONS Homocysteine and CRP participated in the occurring and developing of diabetic retinopathy.
