摘要
以水和95%乙醇为提取剂,采用超声提取法提取宁夏枸杞(Lycium barbarum L.)花中的多酚类化合物。结果表明,水提取物和95%乙醇提取物中多酚类化合物分别含有60.75 mg和13.55 mg,总量为74.30 mg,约占干枸杞花的1.49%。
Using H20 and 95% ethanol solution as extractant, polyphenol compounds were extracted from the dry flowers power of flowers of Lycium barbarum L. in Ningxia with ultrasonic-wave method. The results showed that 60.75 mg and 13.55 mg of polyphenol compounds were obtained from the extractive by H2O and 95% ethanol, solution respectively, accounting for 1.49% of dry flower.
