摘要
黑果枸杞具有抗氧化、抗衰老的作用,但是发挥作用具体化合物的种类尚不明确。本文通过翻译、整合中国博硕士论文数据库、PubMed、Science Direct、Publications、Springer Link等关于黑果枸杞的研究报告,主要对黑果枸杞中多酚类化合物的种类与结构、提取方法、药理作用研究进行总结。黑果枸杞抗氧化、抗自由基、保护心血管、降血压、抗辐射的药理作用与多酚类物质息息相关。这为临床进一步研究黑果枸杞中的多酚类化合物奠定基础。
Lycium ruthenicum has antioxidant and anti-aging effects,but the specific types of compounds which play a role are not clear.Based on translation and integration through the database of Chinese excellent doctoral dissertations,PubMed,ACS Publications,and Springer Link on the literature of Lycium ruthenicum,the types,structures,extraction methods and pharmacological effects of polyphenols in black goji berry were summarized through the literature reports on Lycium ruthenicum.The pharmacological effects of black goji berry had a positive linear correlation between phenolic profles and antioxidant capacities,free radicals,cardiovascular protection,blood pressure lowering.This study will lay a foundation for further study of phenolic profles in black goji berry.
