摘要
苏桥煤矿随着二采区开采收作结束,201采区揭露煤层赋存条件变差,矿井生产接续日趋紧张,为进一步提高矿井产能,加快二水平建设进度,因此加快-200m运输大巷施工掘进速度最为关键。为了解决这一难题,矿井采用两次掏槽中深孔爆破技术,使月进度提高了40%,火工品消耗降低了3.2%,创造了良好的经济效益。
The occurrence condition of exposed coal seam at 201 mining area is getting worse and mine production connection has become tighter with the ending of mining at the second mining area in Suqiao Colliery,accelerating the driving speed of-200 mtransportation roadway construction is the key of further improving production capability of mine and quickening the construction process of the second level.To solve this problem,twice cutting medium-length hole blasting technology has been used in the mine,which improved 40% process monthly,reduced 3.2%consumption of initiating explosive device,and created better economic benefits.
