淮南矿区立井揭煤段井筒加固技术 被引量:4

摘要 淮南矿区浅部资源已开发殆尽,新一轮矿井建设必须向深部和复杂地层延深。针对该矿区深立井井筒揭露煤层多和煤层突出危险性大、透气性差、松散破碎等突出问题,淮南矿业集团在采取一系列煤层瓦斯消突措施的同时,还专门制定了井筒揭煤段地面预注浆加固煤体等综合性加固技术措施,有效地保证了揭煤施工安全。结合工程实际,简要介绍了淮南矿区立井揭煤段井筒各项加固技术措施应用情况。 The coal resources in the shallow depth of Huainan Mining Area were fully developed and out and a new round of the mine construction should be expanded to the deep depth and complicated strata. According to many seam opening occurred during the mine deep shaft sinking in the mining area and high seam outburst dangers, poor seam permeability, loose and soft seam and other prominent problems,while a series of the seam gas outburst control measures conducted by Huainan Mining In- dustry Group,the surface ground pre-grouting reinforcement and other comprehensive reinforcement technical measures of the seam opening section in the mine shaft were specially set up and could effec- tively ensure the construction safety of the seam opening. In combination with the engineering prac- tices, the paper briefly introduced the application conditions of each reinforcement technical measure for the seam opening section of the mine shaft in Huainan Mining Area.
