摘要
凿岩台车是隧道施工的典型机械设备,对于较坚硬、完整性较好的围岩条件,凿岩台车钻孔速度快,单位能耗低,用工人数少,安全程度高,爆破质量好,是今后隧道施工技术发展的主要趋势。文章结合工程实例,首先介绍了Atlas Boomer L2D双臂凿岩台车斜眼掏槽钻爆设计思路,然后重点分析了光面爆破参数选取及炮孔具体布置的相关内容,最后提出了Atlas Boomer L2D液压凿岩台车施工的控制要点,以供参考。
The rock drilling trolley is a piece of typical mechanical equipment for tunnel construction.For the hard and complete surrounding rock conditions,the rock drilling trolley has high speed,low unit energy consumption,fewer employees,high safety and good blasting quality,which is the main developing trend of the tunnel construction technology in the future.Combined with engineering examples,this paper first introduces the design idea of Atlas Boomer L2D double-arm rock drilling trolley for slant hole undercut drilling and blasting,and then focuses on the selection of smooth blasting parameters and the specific layout of blasting holes.Finally,the control points of Atlas Boomer L2D hydraulic rock drilling trolley construction are proposed for reference.
