摘要
研究与传播法律文化,是落实国家文化战略和法治中国建设战略的重要组成部分。如何改进和加强中国传统法律文化、社会主义法治文化的内外传播,优化传播方式,提高传播效益,对于推动中华文化走向世界,实现文化强国伟大目标有着重要的现实意义。中央电视台《法律讲堂(文史版)》栏目自开播以来通过探秘中外法律文化,挖掘传统法律文化的时代脉络和人文气息,为传播法律精神、释放法律文化的丰富内涵、弘扬中国传统法律文化搭建了一个高端的平台,是当前提高法律文化类电视节目可视性和增强法律文化有效性传播的宝贵探索。
The exploration and transmission of legal cultural is an indispensible part of the implementation of China＇ s cultural strategy and constructing the rule of law strategy. In order to transmit the Chinese cultural worldwide, and achieve the goal of building a powerful cultural country, it is essential to explore how to im- prove and strengthen the transmission of our traditional legal culture and socialism rule of law culture at home and abroad, how to optimize the mode of transmission, and how to improve the benefit of transmission. By ex- ploring Chinese and foreign legal culture, the CCTV program ＂Legal Lecture （Literature and History）＂ has been excavating the historical context and humanism of traditional legal culture, and building a platform of broadcasting legal spirit, demonstrating the rich connotation of legal culture, and promoting traditional Chinese legal culture, which is an invaluable exploration on how to improve the quality of TV programs concerning legal culture and how to increase the effectiveness of legal cultural transmission.
