摘要
本文采用文史资料收集和田野调查相结合的研究方法,对四川嘉绒藏区土司制度下习惯法中的刑事法律制度和解放后该地区后续习惯法中的刑罚制度进行了法理分析。
By means of the collection of history material and investigation of field, the article legally analyzes the criminal system of customary law in Jiaren Zang nationality regions both in Tusi system period and after liberation.
