摘要
[目的]探讨聚焦解决模式教育对改善病人自我管理能力及客观指标的有效性。[方法]将门诊120例2型糖尿病病人随机分为两组,对照组给予常规护理,观察组给予聚焦解决模式健康教育。[结果]干预后观察组和对照组除药物管理外,饮食管理、运动管理、血糖监测和足部护理得分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]聚焦解决模式健康教育可提高2型糖尿病病人自我管理能力。
Obejctive:To probe into the effectiveness of focus solving model of education on improving self-management skills and objective indicators of patients.Methods:The 120 cases of type 2diabetes patients in clinic were randomly divided into two groups,the patients in control group received routine care and patients in observation group received focusing solving model of health education.Results:After intervention,in addition to medication management in intervention and control groups,the diet management,sports management,blood glucose monitoring and foot care were higher than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Focus solving model of health education can improve self-management skills of type 2diabetes.
