摘要
目的:探讨聚焦解决模式对胸腰椎骨折患者心理健康状况和睡眠质量的影响。方法:选择2018年1月~2019年2月50例胸腰椎骨折手术患者,均在全麻下行切开复位内固定手术,随机分为观察组和对照组各25例,对照组执行骨科常规护理,观察组联合聚焦解决模式护理,比较两组术后康复(术后排气时间、术后排便时间、住院时间)、心理健康状况(焦虑自评量表-SAS、抑郁自评量表-SDS)和睡眠质量(匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表-PSQI)。结果:观察组术后排气时间、排便时间、住院时间均少于对照组(P<0.05);护理前,两组SAS及SDS评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),观察组护理后SAS及SDS评分均低于对照组(P<0.05);护理前,两组入睡时间、睡眠质量、睡眠效率、睡眠时间、日间功能评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),观察组护理后入睡时间、睡眠质量、睡眠效率、睡眠时间、日间功能评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:聚焦解决模式能促进胸腰椎骨折患者的术后康复,改善心理健康状况和睡眠质量。
Objective:To explore the effect of solution-focused model on mental health and sleep quality in patients with thoracolumbar fracture.Methods:50 patients with thoracolumbar fractures who underwent a surgery of open reduction and internal fixation under general anesthesia and selected from January 2018 to February 2019 were randomly divided into observation group(n=25)and control group(n=25).The control group received routine orthopaedic nursing,while observation group was given solution-focused model.The rehabilitation(postoperative exhaust time,postoperative defecation time,hospitalization time),mental health(SAS,SDS)and sleep quality(PSQI)were compared.Results:The postoperative exhaust time,postoperative defecation time,hospitalization time in observation group were less than those in control group(P<0.05).Before nursing,there were no significant difference in SAS and SDS scores between the two groups(P>0.05);after nursing,SAS and SDS scores in observation group were lower than those in control group(P<0.05).Before nursing,there were no significant difference in scores of slept time,sleep quality,sleep efficiency,sleep time and daytime function between the two groups(P>0.05);after nursing,the scores of slept time,sleep quality,sleep efficiency,sleep time and daytime function in observation group were lower than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Solution-focused model could promote the postoperative rehabilitation,improve mental health and sleep quality in patients with thoracolumbar fracture.
