摘要
目的:探讨社区护理干预对老年脑卒中合并糖尿病患者的应用效果。方法:选择2014年8月-2016年8月本社区收治的160例老年脑卒中并糖尿病患者,随机分为两组,各80例。对照组给予常规护理干预,观察组给予社区护理干预,对比两组的护理效果。结果:护理后,观察组空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白均显著低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组Bathel指数评分、Fugl-Meyer评分均显著高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的饮食管理评分、运动管理评分、用药管理评分、自我监测评分均显著高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:给予老年脑卒中合并糖尿病患者社区护理干预可有效改善患者血糖水平,提高患者自我管理水平。
Objective：To explore the application effect of community nursing intervention on elderly patients with stroke and diabetes.Method：160 elderly patients with stroke and diabetes in our community from August 2014 to August 2016 were selected,they were randomly divided into two groups,80 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing intervention, the observation group was given community nursing intervention, nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Result：The fasting blood glucose,2 h postprandial blood glucose, glycosylated hemoglobin of the observation group were significantly lower than those in control group,the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）;the Bathel score,Fugl-Meyer score of observation group were significantly higher than those in control group,the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）;the catering management score,sports management score,medication management score,self monitoring score of the observation group were significantly higher than those in control group,the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Community nursing intervention for elderly patients with stroke and diabetes can effectively improve the blood glucose level,improve the level of self-management.
