摘要 4 000 t/d大豆压榨,预处理工艺中采取两道破碎和脱皮工艺,配备取环形刮板、新型平面回转筛、破碎机、逆流干燥器、巴西膨化机,在输送设备和溜管方面,提出选材和制造要求;在浸出方面,浸出器浸出时间42 min、料层高度1.1 m,采用8层DT、5层DC、降膜式蒸发器、立式冷凝器,增加1台油脂干燥器。调试结果表明:满负荷生产时电耗26 kW·h/t、汽耗270 kg/t;产品豆粕、四级油和浓缩磷脂质量达标。 Lurgire crushing technology adopted two crushing and de-hulling processing in preparation. In the 4 000 t/d soybean crushing plant, the annular chain conveyor, internal mature new rotary sieve classifier, cracker, counter flow drier and Brazil expander were e- quipped. In conveyor equipment and chute, the requirement of material and manufacturer was proposed; In the extraction, the extraction time is 42 min, material height is 1.1 m, DT is 8 lay- ers, DC is 5 layers, and filling evaporator, vertical condenser and one more oil dryer were used. Results show that the electrical consumption is 26 kW · h/t and the steam consumption is 270 kg/t; the quality of soybean meal, No. 4 grade oil and lecithin have reached requirement.
