摘要
目的：通过统计以了解我院复发性流产特点，为提出预防和治疗对策提供数据指导，并据此提出干预对策，避免流产的再次发生。方法回顾性分析我院2011年1月～2013年7月76例复发性流产患者的临床资料，对复发性流产的因素进行总结。结果三组的免疫异常项目、CD3^＋CD19^＋＞12%、CD56^＋CD16^＋＞12%及DD ＞260ng/mL的异常发生率均超过20%，封闭抗体阴性异常率甚至接近100%。结论免疫因素是与复发性流产关系最为密切的因素，母体对胎儿的排斥造成复发性流产。
Objective To understand the characteristics of our hospital with recurrent miscarriage by statistics for providing guidance data for the prevention and treatmentstrategies,and to proposed intervention strategies for avoiding the Lrecurrence of abortion. Methods Clinical date of 76 patients with recurrent miscarriage was analyzed retrospectively,who accessed in our hospital from January 2011 to July 2013.The factors of recurrent abortion were then summarized. Results The abnormal rates of abnormal immune project,CD3^＋CD19^＋〉12%,CD56^＋CD16^＋〉12%and DD〉260ng/mL for three groups all exceeded 20%,and the negative abnormal rate of blocking antibody even was close to 100%. Conclusion The most closely relationship of recurrent miscarriage is the immune factor.Rejection of maternal to fetus leads to recurrent miscarriage.
