摘要
依据扎根理论,本研究运用质性研究资料分析软件QSR-NVIVO8,从教师、家长、幼儿园管理者、专家学者、学前教育专业学生、幼儿自身以及政策文件多个视角,对反映幼儿生活、游戏、学习活动的文本、视频、音频和图片资料进行了定性分析。研究结果发现,快乐幸福、理解尊重、保教关爱、身心健康、生命成长、习惯养成、心智启蒙和适宜环境等八个方面基本凸显了幼儿教育的本质特征;兴趣班和小学化则偏离了幼儿教育本质,是幼儿教育过程中出现的畸形现象,应予以纠正。
Based on the grounded theory, with QSR-NVIVO8, from the perspectives of teachers, parents, kindergarten administrators, students major in preschool education, children and policies, the author did the qualitative research and analysis on the texts, videos, radios, and pictures that reflected children's lives, games, and studies. The result showed happiness, respect to children, love, health, the growth and development of life, habit formation, intelligence enlightenment, and the favorable environment can reflect the essential characteristics of preschool education. However, interest classes and the tendency to make a kindergarten as an elementary school are abnormal in preschool education and deviate from the essence of preschool education and should be corrected.
