摘要
目的 观察丹红注射液联合冠心丹参滴丸治疗冠心病初发型心绞痛的效果及心率变异性变化.方法 按随机数字将2011年2月至2013年10月在我院治疗的130例冠心病初发型心绞痛患者分为两组,均行常规基础治疗.在此基础上,对照组给予口服冠心丹参滴丸;在对照组的基础上,观察组给予静脉点滴丹红注射液.观察两组的疗效及治疗前后的心率变异性、心功能参数.结果 观察组的总有效率为96.92％,对照组的总有效率为84.62％,两组的总有效率差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.治疗前两组的心功能参数对比,差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）;治疗后两组的心功能参数较治疗前均有所改善（P＜0.05）,观察组治疗后的心功能参数优于对照组（P＜0.05）.治疗前两组的HRV均无明显差异（P＞0.05）;治疗后两组的HRV各指标均高于治疗前（P＜0.05）,观察组治疗后的HRV各指标高于对照组（P＜0.05）.结论 丹红注射液联合冠心丹参滴丸治疗冠心病初发型心绞痛的临床效果较好,能有效地改善心率变异性.
Objective To observe the effects of Danhong Injection in combination with Guanxindanshen Drop pills in treatment of patients with initial onset angina pectorls and the changes of heart rate variability. Methods 130 Patients with initial onset angina pectoris from February 2011 to October 2013 in oar hospital were randomly divided into two groups according to random number, both in treatment of a regular basis, the control group was given oral Guanxindanshcn Drop pills; on the basis of the control group, the observation group was giv- en intravenous Danhong Injection. The treatment curative effect of two groups, before and after treatment of heart rate variability, heart function parameters were observed. Results Total effective rate of observation group was 96.92%, total effective rate of control group was 84.62%, difference of total effective rate between two groups was significant（P〈0.05）. Before the treatment, there was no statistically significant difference for two groups of cardiac function parameters（P〉0.05）, the cardiac function parameters of the two groups after treatment were improved than before treatment of cardiac function parameters （P〈0.05）, a group of cardiac function parameters was better than that of control group（P〈0.05）. Before the treatment, two groups of HRV had no obvious difference（P〉0.05）, after treatment, two groups of HRV indexes were higher than before treatment index（P〈0.05）, and observation group af- ter treatment HRV of each index was higher than the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Clinical effect of Dan- hong Injection combination with Guanxindanshen Drop pills in the early treatment of the coronary heart disease angina pectoris is good, it can effectively improve heart rate variability.
