摘要
目的探讨冠心病患者介入治疗术前及术后的护理需求。通过术前8项、术后10项护理需求的调查，找出其规俸和特点，指导临床护理，提高护理质量。方法先期调查实验组和对照组共120例患者的需求，根据结果自制护理需求调查表，再对120例患者介入治疗术后进行调查。结果术前的8个护理需求率为71．67％-100％，其中对了解疾病及手术相关性的知识，术前用药得到护士的相关指导并告知药物作用两项为最高，需求率为100％，而术前训练床上大小便的需求率最低，为71．67％。术后10个护理需求率为70％-100％，以术后的活动时间、方法及注意事项和出院前获得用药、休息、饮食、锻炼、康复知识及复诊时问的指导为最高，100％，以出院后定期有护士到家随访为最低，70％。结论患者术前和术后的护理需求有明显的侧重点，且护理需求量大。要求护士根据个体和需求在不同治疗时期展开并提供适合患者需求的优质护理。同时不断提高自身专业水平，最终达到提高临床护理质量，促进介入治疗患者康复和健康。
Objective To investigate the nursing needs of patients treated by PCI during pre - and post - operation. Methods According to the needs of 120 patients, a questionnaire with 8 tissues preoperative and 10 tissues postoperative was made to investigate and analyze the nursing needs during pre - and post - operation. Results The most important nursing need were the understanding of disease, surgery - related knowledge, and drug guidance in 8 tissues preoperative care needs （ the rate of needs was 100% ）, while pre - operative bed toilet training needs was less important （the rate was 71.67% ） . In the 10 tissues postoperative care needs, the guidance about the activities of postoperative time, method and attention issues, medication, rest, diet, exercise, rehabilitation knowledge and further consultation with a doctor after discharged from hospital had the highest ratio （the total rate was 100% ）, and nurse follow - up had the lowest ratio （ the total rate was 70% ） . Coneluslons The patients have different nursing needs in the preoperative and postoperative periods. According to individual requirements in different treatment period, nurses could provide high quality care to the patients. It should constantly enhance nurses＇professional skills, so as to improve the quality of clinical care, and promote the recovery of the patients who treated by PCI.
