摘要
铁路运输物流运作模式是铁路货运组织改革的关键环节。在阐述铁路运输自营物流运作模式和联盟运作模式的优势、局限性的基础上,基于铁路运输物流运作模式选择的动态平衡原理,分析铁路运输物流运作模式选择时机,提出铁路运输企业向现代物流转型过程中,运作前期主要采用物流联盟的运作模式,在中后期以自营物流为主的运作模式。
The logistic operation modes of railway transportation are the key link of railway freight transport organization reform. Based on expounding the advantages and limitations of 2 railway transport modes the self-management logistic operation mode and the alliance logistic operation mode, as well as the dynamic balance principle of the logistic operation modes selection, this paper analyzes the selection occasion of the logistic operation modes, and puts forward that during the process of transferring tomodern logistics, railway transport enterprises should apply the operation mode of giving priority to alliance logistics in earlier stage and to self-management logistics in middle and later stages.
